I was given an extremely pleasant room with with a full bathroom, tea and modern decor. I really enjoyed a nice decor. Location: the hotel was near macleans waterfalls, cathedral caves and lost gypsy gallery, tourist attractions and the South Island and Stewart Island.

The location was absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice, short walk to a quiet area, the falls and macleans waterfalls, cathedral caves and lost gypsy gallery. It also was close to Cathedral cave.

We loved our stay at The Whistling Frog Resort and didn't want to leave. The hotel was a perfect place to enjoy the surrounding attractions like McLean Falls and Cathedral Caves. It is conveniently located near 24-hour petrol stations and within driving distance to Dunedin and Invercargill.

The location of the venue is great, near a quiet area, eateries, and tourist attractions. The property is excellently situated in the lower north island, only 2 miles from Cathedral Caves. The staff were all extremely helpful and resolved any issues I had. The room I booked was beautifully decorated and very pleasant.
